4-Star WR Target No Longer Set to Visit for Clemson Spring Game (Death Valley Domain)

Cortez Mills had been hoping to get back to Clemson for the Tigers' annual spring game this weekend.

The 4-star WR, out of Homestead (Fl), informed ACT back in February that he was planning to make it town for the Orange and White game. It would have marked his first visit since last summer when he worked out at Dabo Swinney's high school camp and became the first wideout in the 2025 class to net an offer from the Tigers.

However, as we see so often in recruiting, plans have now changed. Mills now will not be able to make it to Clemson this weekend due to a 7v7 event.

Mills has long been one of Clemson's top receiver targets throughout this recruiting cycle, but getting him back to campus has been difficult due to how far away he lives and scheduling conflicts.

The blue-chip talent, who ranks as high as No. 77 overall, told me on Monday that he has been putting in a lot of work with his 7v7 team in an effort to improve his profile nationally, and it's hard to fault any kid that is looking to give himself as many options as possible at the next level.

Mills also told me he still has every intention of being on hand for Clemson's big official visit weekend May 31-June 2.

Clemson did just recently expand the wide receiver board by offering 4-star Samari Reed, who was on campus for the most recent junior day back on March 9. Reed ranks as high as No. 144 overall, and I would fully expect him at the Tigers' big official visit weekend.
