CLEMSON — The Clemson men’s basketball team got a big-time addition from the transfer portal Tuesday as former NC State guard Jack Clark committed to Clemson.
Clark picked Clemson over Xavier and Arkansas. The four-star transfer ranks as the No. 83 available player according to 247 Sports. The 6-foot-8, 200-pounder averaged 9.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game last season for the Wolfpack.
He joined NC State from La Salle, where he played for three seasons. Last year, Clark, who can also play forward, helped NC State reach the NCAA Tournament as a No. 11 seed. He started 17 of the 23 games he appeared in during the 2022-’23 season.
Also, former Clemson post player Ben Middlebrooks announced he is transferring to NC State.
