The Clemson Tigers come into today’s game against Charleston Southern without a pair of key players.
Starting nickel safety Andrew Mukuba will miss the game and is listed as day today. Mukuba was credited with 7 total tackles on Monday.
Cole Turner, who’s on the two-deep at receiver, is also out. Turner had two catches for 21 yards against Duke.
Neither injury is considered serious, according to a Clemson spokesperson.
The rest of the roster is expected to play. Several freshmen who didn’t make the trip Monday to Duke could also see their first action, including WRs Misun Kelly and Noble Johnson.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
