Clemson Tigers Fall Out of AP Top 25 Poll

Clemson fell out of the latest AP Top 25 Poll this week following a 66-17 win over Charleston Southern.

The Tigers saw their streak of 21 consecutive releases ranked that dated back to 2021 end on Sunday with the announcement of the poll. They received the most votes (86) of teams that were unranked.

The Tigers (1-1) began the season ranked ninth but a Week 1 loss to Duke dropped them to 25th on Tuesday. Less than a week later, they’re out.

Dabo Swinney’s squad joined Texas A&M, Wisconsin and Tulane as the teams left out from the previous week. Washington State, UCLA, Miami and Iowa all moved into the top 25.

The Tigers host Florida Atlantic on Saturday at 8 p.m.
