Clemson star defensive lineman Peter Woods met with the media for the first time Tuesday and gave a great deal of insight into what his short time at Clemson has been like, playing in his first games and expectations.
Here is what we heard:
- “I know that there is things that I can do to be better and I know I will never be the best version of myself but I always push myself to be the best version of myself”
- On a night game: “It’s going to be special. I have been to a few night games sitting in my seat wishing that I could be playing on that field”
- On Nick Eason: “He has been on a journey and the fact that he is able to share his journey with us with amazing.”
- “There was so many great things at Clemson and being able to be coached by Coach Eason”
- “If I’ve got you held up…I’m gonna throw you.”
