For the first time since 2018, Clemson will host a regional, as the NCAA announced on Sunday the Tigers will be one of the 16 host sites for next week's NCAA Tournament. It is the first time Clemson has made the field since 2019.

First-year head coach Erik Bakich will be looking to get the Tigers out of regional play and into the super regionals for the first time since 2010.
Seedings and brackets will announced on Monday at noon, and it is expected Clemson will be one of the Top 8 national seeds. In its latest projections, D1 Baseball projects the Tigers as the No. 4 seed, with UConn, Texas Tech and Maine all coming to Clemson. Ironically, UConn came to Clemson back in 2011 and knocked the Tigers out. The program has not advanced past the regional round since.

The Tigers are in the midst of a remarkable turnaround that has seen the team win 27 of its past 31 games since getting swept by Wake Forest back at the end of March. Clemson will take a 16 game winning streak into regional play after winning the ACC Championship Game over Miami on Sunday.
All-session and single-session tickets for the Clemson Regional will go on sale to IPTAY members on Monday afternoon after the NCAA Selection Show. On Wednesday at 4:30 p.m., all-session and single-session tickets will go on sale for all fans.
