Clemson has added to its 2024 recruiting class as 3-star DE Adam Kissayi has announced a commitment to the Tigers.

The 6-foot-7, 230-pound prospect out of Heritage (Palm Bay, Fl) had been committed to Minnesota but backed off that verbal pledge on Thursday shortly after announcing an offer from Clemson. Last month, Kissayi participated in Dabo Swinney's high school camp, attending multiple sessions.

Last season, he recorded 33 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, and two pass break-ups.

Kissayi had 19 offers in total, with some of the more notable ones being Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa State, Miami and Nebraska. He is the second take at defensive end, joining 4-star Darien Mayo, who committed late last month. His addition now gives the Tigers 15 total commitments in the 2024 class.
