Tiger Tracker: Clemson Target Set to Announce, Visitors for Notre Dame (Death Valley Domain)

A priority Clemson target is set to announce a commitment on Wednesday.

2025 4-star OL Easton Ware (LCA, Lynchburg, Va) will announce his decision just after 6 p.m. in a ceremony at his high school.

Auburn, Oklahoma, Cincinnati, Wake Forest, Baylor, Duke, Michigan, Notre Dame and Wisconsin are the other finalists along with Clemson.

After working out at Dabo Swinney's high school camp back in June, Ware returned to Clemson for the Florida State game, where he picked up his offer.

“Their stadium is the most energetic I’ve ever been in, the loudest by far,” Easton told All Clemson Tigers. “The Tiger Walk is super cool. I think their facilities are super nice. Their locker room is one of the nicest I’ve seen. And also, the coaches. The way they treat their players. It’s just… I haven’t seen anything like that before.”

Seeing how the Tigers have struggled mightily landing offensive linemen in the current recruiting class, having one jump on board early in the 2025 class would absolutely be a positive development.

2025 4-star RB commit Gideon Davidson is a teammate and close personal friend of Ware's. Speaking of Davidson, the Top 100 talent continues to tear it up on the field this season. Last Friday night he had 237 rushing yards on just nine carries, four of which went for touchdowns.

2025 4-star OL target Max Buchanan (Seminole, Fl) tells me he will be back in Clemson this weekend for the Notre Dame game. He picked up his offer back in June, shortly after working out at camp.

“They’re a winning program,” Buchanan told All Clemson Tigers. “They always have been. They always will be. I will say that I’m not really worried about going over there and not winning. They’ve built something around Dabo and everything over there. It’s an amazing program.”

Buchanan has already taken game day visits Miami, Florida, Florida State and Ole Miss. The Seminoles are thought to be the primary competition.

As previously reported, 2025 DL target Isaiah Campbell (S. Durham, NC) told me he will also visit for the Notre Dame game. He picked up his offer back in June after working out at camp. Campbell is a Top 100 talent. He visited Duke when the Blue Devils knocked off Clemson in the season opener. North Carolina is also heavily involved.

2025 4-star LB Brett Clatterbaugh (E. View, Culpepper, Va) is another notable target that plans to be on hand for the Notre Dame game. Georgia and Penn State have also gotten game day visits. Clatterbaugh is a Top 200 prospect and has close to 20 offers currently.
