Tiger Tracker: All Clemson Recruiting Roundup (Death Valley Domain)

While things have been fairly quiet on the recruiting front with regards to the 2024 class, Clemson has gotten off to a hot start with its 2025 class.

After picking up commitments from 4-star RB Gideon Davidson and 4-star QB Blake Hebert over the summer, the Tigers picked up two more verbal pledges last week. Hebert plans to make his return to campus for the North Carolina game.

First up was 3-star OL Easton Ware (LCA, Lynchburg, Va), who announced last Wednesday. After struggling to gain traction with offensive linemen in the 2024 class, getting Ware on board so early is big. The 6-foot-5, 300-pound prospect is a teammate and close personal friend of Davidson. It is also worth noting that the Tigers beat out Notre Dame for Ware.

4-star TE Logan Brooking (Savannah Prep, Ga) announced his commitment on Friday. Brooking had just released a list of eight finalists on Wednesday that also included Florida, Penn State, Miami, North Carolina, Michigan, South Carolina and Stanford.

Brooking had been the Tigers' top target since he worked out at camp over the summer. His last visit was for the Florida State game, and that is pretty much when this thing was decided. It just took until now to go public.

The Tigers also hosted a number of priority targets for the Notre Dame game. One of the more notable names was 4-star DL Isaiah Campbell (S. Durham, NC). The 6-foot-4, 270-pound prospect has already visited North Carolina, Duke, NC State and Tennessee.

Some of these kids you just get a feel for. I have had three lengthy converastions with Campbell since the summer, the most recent coming on Monday night. Let's just say, this just feels like one of those Clemson kind of recruitments. He told me that he was looking at making a decision at sometime in the spring, so I am not saying he's on the verge of committing, but multiple times during this last conversation he said "we" when referring to Clemson. Maybe that means something, maybe it doesn't.

It is also plainly obvious how highly he thinks of Nick Eason. And on multiple occasions he mentioned how much he loved the way Dabo Swinney runs his program. The cultural aspect, as well as the developmental aspect.

4-star WR Jordan Allen (Buford, Ga) was also on hand. Allen also visited for the Florida State game, which is when he picked up his offer. Tennessee and Georgia are the only other schools he will visit twice this season.

Other players with offers that visited were 4-star LB Brett Clatterbaugh (Eastern View, Culpeper, Va) and 4-star OL Max Buchanan (Seminole, Sanford, Fl).

This coming weekend will be another big one, as the Tigers look to round out the offensive line in the 2024 class. So far, Clemson has landed just one commitment from Ronan O' Connell and would like to add two more to the class.

Three uncommitted targets are still out there and two will be on hand for official visits for the Georgia Tech game. 4-star Elyjah Thurmon (Bradwell Insitute, Hinesville, Ga) and 3-star Favour Edwin (Eagles Landing, McDonough, Ga). The third, 3-star Andrew Dennis (Mount Pleasant, Mi), a former Michigan State commitment, is expected in for an official the next weekend against North Carolina.
